Teaching Artistry...

Jamie has worked as a teaching artist since 2017 and has held positions with the Dayton Jewish Federation, Brighter Connections Theatre, the Victoria Theatre Association (now Dayton Live), as well as virtually with Pink Umbrella Theater Company in Milwaukee, WI and CATCO is Kids in Columbus, OH. She has experience working with students ages 7-18, including students with autism and other cognitive and developmental disabilities. Jamie also spent a two and a half years on the faculty at Town Hall Theatre from November 2021 to February 2024. 

​Jamie strongly believes that theatre is a tool that can be used in the facilitation of social-emotional learning and strives to create emotionally safe spaces for her students to create and perform.
